YourSiteBar is trying to Install! (again, and again, and again)

  1. About twice a day now I get an MS Antispyware red window popping up telling
telling me that YourSiteBar is trying to install (Windows XP, SP2, regular
    windows updates, DSL connection).

Under "What would you like to do?" I always click on remove and it always
says that it successfully removed the threat and I always re-scan the whole
machine using the most updated application and definition files. This scan
always comes back clean. (automatic scan at least once a week as well).

Is it normal to get attacked about twice a day from this spyware, or are
there files not being picked up during the post removal scan? Any ideas on
    how to remove this pest?
    Thanks
    Ger
