The vbsys2.dll is malware and should be deleted. Make sure your F-Secure
is a current version and that all virus definitions are up-to-date. Do
a thorough scan in Safe Mode. To get to Safe mode, repeatedly tap the
F8 key as the computer is starting up. This will get you to the proper
    menu.

After you have scanned with your av in Safe Mode, continue your
housekeeping by getting free programs such as Ad-Aware and Spybot
Search & Destroy. Install them, update them, and scan in Safe Mode.

After you have done the above, if you need more help post back. Be sure
to tell us what you've already done and the results. It is always
helpful to include information about what operating system you are
running, service pack levels, firewalls in place, and Internet
    connection (method and ISP).

  3. "huja"..HI..I had the same problem..And even more..I tried f-secure antivirus
and everything else..Ad-aware,spybot all the spyware removal
programs..Nothing worked,it would remove some of it but it would go right
back on my pc or the program would always say unable to remove or"access
denied".. ..You could try installing and running Spyware Doctor..It detects
    and removes things that
all the other ad-ware removal programs even the Microsoft
Antispyware(BETA) and even antivirus programs dont find..It worked for me..
