You're wrong - once it's in Usenet, part of the Global Usenet, MS has no
    control of it.

HA so I noticed after I sent it, it makes no difference.

Microsoft did not peer *TO* Usenet/usenet so your presentation lacks
    value...

But anything IN Usenet/use net/usenet it obtained elsewhere [which it
does own, control, and otherwise, is NOT its property. So again, a
useless claim. Microsoft OWNS its groups, the hierarchy, and the
presentation as so stated BY Microsoft.

You people really aren't very bright. Usenet/use net/usenet never had
the authority to it in any form, per Microsoft's own documents. Theft
[which it essentially is] does not create ownership nor remove ownership
nor any Laws pursuant the applicable materials. Unless authorized by
Microsoft any use other than what has been authorized is illegal.

Wrong. Microsoft never GAVE UP anything. Your purported arguments have
    no worth, value or merit.

Microsoft never "created them as part of Usenet".

  7. | Not a good argument.
    | What Adobe did has no relevance to what Microsoft does and has done,
    | which includes the legal notice to close these groups. THAT and
    | Microsoft's documents and applicable Law are what control this/these
    | issues, and the Law and Microsoft say close the groups Microsoft OWNS.

No. When Microsoft connected to Usenet and "peered" they have no ownership of the groups.
Usenet at large is public and not privately held.

Microsoft, on the other hand, owns their Forums.

You're wrong again - there is a very real structure and everything that
enters it via willing participants, unless owned by someone else, is
public domain. MS agreed to this when they started pushing their content
out to Usenet. MS has no control beyond their OWN servers for anything
posted to any of the groups with the MS name.

MS does not "Own" the groups, and they only control the content ON THEIR
    OWN SERVERS.

    | Yes, they did so by creating an NNTP server for the purpose. The also
    | accepted peerage of other NNTP servers. The groups were not private to
    | the Microsoft servers. The content of such groups, except where posts
    | were created by Microsoft employees while on working hours, was not
    | the property of Microsoft.

    | QED

    | If, in fact, you are a lawyer, you must not be a very successful one.
    | You seem to have time to post useless arguments about Microsoft's
    | rights but can't be bothered to pay court fees in Brahier vs. Bonini.

    My main man Geoff :)

Microsoft created the NNTP server for its OWN users and specifically
indicated and stated that in the 1996 news release document.

So again, your purported arguments are baseless, valueless, and have no
    merit.

Nifty, but that is not factual, Microsoft documents and the Law show
    otherwise.

More baseless, worthless, and material lacking merit.

    Microsoft never "peered" to anyone.

More baseless, worthless, valueless, and complete lacking in fact material.
Microsoft OWN the forums, the groups, the presentation, and all that
    entails.

have no control over the non-MS servers and have never once suggested
    otherwise.

Attorneys are licensed, I am not.

I'm not taking Microsoft's stance, I'm taking yours since you can't
    understand basic Laws.
I took our side previously in the Live change-over to a proprietary
    protocol, against Microsoft.

You people certainly have become a waste of ANY ONES time.

    OH REALLY!!!

Then provide that absolute proof Microsoft "pushes" anything to usenet.

When you can't get that done, provide proof Microsoft authorized Usenet
    to offer its property.
