Taskbar

    I turned on my computer, after someone, who was visiting
    used it,and there was no Taskbar on my computer, and there
    was a lot of porno crap on the screen. Norton Antivirus
    won't work. How can I get the taskbar back. I will
    reload Norton, and try to clean up the mess. I run
    Windows XP. Any suggestions?
