Strong password?

  1. Aside from forgetting passwords in production environment?
    What are other possible risks involved when implementing
    strong password change in windows domain? Please help?

    intrusions because as Keith says, people will just write their passwords
    down.

    ....and not only to they write the password, but they put "password:" in
    front of it, possibly with their username too.
