setting a password for internet downloads

    I want to be able to set a password for downloading files from the internet,
    is this possible? If so, how can i do it?

    You are not able to do this by just using the operating system. You will
    need a third party proxy software or hardware.

  3. is there any way i could totally prevent downloads then?
