Ok I've finally done a big update and run it through Xenu to kill the dead

    Updated --

Added Security Related LiveCD/Floppy Distributions section
Added Exploits/Vulnerabilities and Advisory Services section
    Added Online Security/Port Scanning section
    Added Anti-Virus Test Sites section
    Added Exploitation & Secure Programming
    Added Phreaking (Requires links)

Updated most sections to add new links and remove defunct info.

Useful Mailing Lists needs input so let me know what you subscribe to (Other
    than Bugtraq/Full Disclosure/NTBugtraq etc)

Whingers go ahead and whinge, I posted something big to a newsgroup. In all
honestly you are caught in 'Spock's Axiom' as I get more positive feedback
and well at least it generates some discussion.
