Kerio rule for Pirch98 IRC client?

I'm using Sponge's Kerio 2.15 ruleset and I've so far been successfully
able to add other clients of my own to it, but for some reason I've not yet
been able to get my IRC client to go through.

Does anyone have a rule I could try?

    Thanks in advance all,

    Roger

I found that my AV update rule will only work if placed above the rule:

    Incoming IP protocol 50:Other-50(in):Any Port:Any Address(Port 53):Any
    Application:Deny.

If you have that rule maybe you need to place the allow rule for your IRC
client above it. And of course, if you have the "Block All" rule, any rules you
make yourself must go above it.

Try opening port 6667 for that application. You will probably have to open
    113 for IDENTD as well.,
HTH I missed the rest of the threads and I dont' use a software firewall.
