Installshield error..........

    Ok, I hope this has to do with security. I am trying to reinstall BellSouth
    Internet Security, part of it appears to be downloaded, but the virus and
    spyware are not. I get an error message, what could be happining

    You posted in a different thread about possible malware, didn't you? If
    your computer is infected, normally you cannot install antivirus
    software. Did you get the computer cleaned up? If not, you need to do
    so.
