Looking in the Event View/Security, I found the following:

    Failure Audit EventID: 615
IPSec Services: IPSec Services failed to get the complete
list of network interfaces on the machine. This can be a potential
security hazard to the machine since some of the network interfaces
may not get the protection as desired by the applied IPSec filters.
Please run IPSec monitor snap-in to further diagnose the problem.

I have had several similar messages over the last few days, but do not
get one every time I start the computer. I've tracked down the IPC
monitor snap-in but have no idea what to do with it. I am the sole
user and am not on a network. I've run virus checks on my own
anti-virus program (AVG) and also Housecall. Both say I'm clean.
I'm running Windows XP Home and the Microsoft firewall is activated.

Can someone please explain what is happening and what I can/should do
    about it.
