  1. Does anyone else experience the duplicate emails being sent to you from Jesse
and Gilda for nutracore and other? I for some mysterious reason get about 300
mails from them a day and this started three days ago.
    How does one stop it????

You can't is the simple answer, but you can take steps to filter it out.

I get 250,000 a year by the way because I use a real email address in
newsgroups mostly... once you get on one spam list you eventually make them
all :) Fortunately you have avoided that trap, of course I left mine that
    way for research purposes.

I use a little utility called Popfile that works very well but if you have
not been bothered too much before just wait a bit and see if it dies down.

See if your ISP provides spam filtering, or if they will give you a new
address, and if none of those are possible is
the URL for the system I use which is free. A simpler one is called K9 and
    that comes from

    Both authors are reputable
