Was requesting security up-date, but form will only accept
1/2 of my phone number and therefore will not accept my
order. Naturally Windows (MSN) has run me all around "god's
half acre" to avoid giving me a clear window to ask my
question. Perhaps the user community can answer such a
question. I do no know. Clearly Windows does not want to
    hear from me!
    HELP!

Are you referring to the CD rom containing the security
updates?Your message is rather cryptic.I'm sure someone
here could help if they understood the problem properly.

If your phone number is too long for the application
form,at the risk of stating the obvious, can't you use a
shorter number-maybe your Mum or a mate has one? (That
    they wouldn't mind you "borrowing".)

  3. Where did you receive this security up date form?
MS does not have one, nor does it require one.
Did you get via email? Careful, cause it's probably bogus trying to steal
    information from you.
