Hello, please can anyone help me?

    This is driving me insane!

My browser (currently Mozilla) opens up after a few minutes with the
    same URL
    www.angelfire.com/com or something like that.

If i'm reading a web page - the URL will change to the above URL (very
    annoying :-( )

if i'm doing something else on my computer - the Browser opens by
    itself.

Obviously there is a process running in the background that opens the
browser but i don't which one?

I have run adaware, spybot and antivir but to no avail!!!

    please, someone help me!!!

Have you rebooted since the problem occurred? Some web sites will open
a second instance of IE but without a window (i.e., it is hidden). It
runs a script timer to periodically open a web page in yet another
instance of IE. You can kill this off by rebooting or closing all
visible instances of IE and then using Task Manager to kill off any
hidden instances of IE. A good popup stopper will kill this type of
    abuse.

Perhaps you missed Q/A #7 in the FAQ for this newsgroup?

    [snip]

These are two *different* symptoms, and probably imply two different problems.

First and foremost, check the task list to be *sure* that MSIE is not running
    (it will appear as "iexplore").

Second, be sure that Java and Javascript are disabled in your copy of Mozilla.

Then shut down Mozilla and re-boot the system.

Now do the usual "detective work" with tools such as Ad-Aware and "Spybot
Search & Destroy", and report the results.
