Block MSN Messenger on Office Hour

    Hi,

    My company want to stop user for chating by using MSN messenger, we got a hardwar Firewall and I block some IP from 207.46.104.1 - 207.46.110.255 by any TCP services and also we block the the same IP range for HTTP Service but I always
    don't think this is the correct way to do it, is there anyone who knows how, my boss it's actually chasing me at my back, help please!! To those who help me here I would like to thank you in advance.

    Hi,

    You should implement the Microsoft Firewall solution ISA
    server. It has easy wizards to help u configure ur
    business requirements. eg Block MSN during office hours
    but allow during lunch hours except for select users etc
    etc.

    I would suggest that you download the eval version and
    check out for yourself.
