annoying computer

  1. iam using a laptop with win2000 i have had bad problemswith spyware i have
    microsoft spware installed and spybot but still have to use firefox to stop
    pop ups etc tonight things got worse i can not access anythingon my desktop
    i get the message which says windows has caused an error and i need to
    restart the application but i can notdo this ??? also i try andrun my ms
    beta antispyware from toolbar and cannot switch on the real time protection.
    it will let me do a scan but my norton picks up a virus bloodhound.morphine
    and cannot remove it HELP ME SOMEONE PLEASE

    When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
