Not knowing what you are referring to, really - I can say that a "camera"
question in "Security.HomeUsers" seems out of place to me.

In any case- the only people who can tell you if those cameras are "valid
for Windows Vista Home Premium" (I am guessing that means "have drivers and
possibly software and thus will function on Windows Vista Home Premium as
advertised") would be the manufacturer(s) of said devices. They provide all
support (that they desire to) for their products.
