I have a Windows 2008 standard server with SP2 and updates. I keep getting
this event over and over in the application event log. Any idea of how I can
figure out what is happening and make it stop? Technet had nothing much to
say on this.

If I don't reply immediately, it is because I don't get my notifications of
replies. BUT I will be chacking periodically.
