System restore makes the Kaspersky needs urgent update?

Is it normal that when you do a system restore your antivirus tools
want an urgent update?

After your restoration, your earlier urgent updates has been restore
to null, too.
BTW, do you watch the Japanese anime "Chrome Shelled Regios" released
this year ?
It seems hard to find a group discussing it.
