Search Toolbar Description

Search Toolbar can secretly get into the computer from several malicious web sites or come along with free ad-supported software. Its main task is to serve commercial advertisements to user desktop or within related application. Search Toolbar modifies essential computer and, sometimes, browser settings without asking for user permission, so the adware could start automatically on every Windows startup and work hidden in background. Search Toolbar doesn't compromise computer security, but obstructs usual web surfing and may violate user privacy by tracking his Internet activity.

Remove Search Toolbar

Remove the following Search Toolbar registry keys:
515ab81c-69e7-468a-ab02-ebca65712b8c
HKEY_USERS.defaultsoftwaresearchtoolbar


Unregister the following Search Toolbar DLL files:
[system32]searchtoolbar.dll
[system]searchtoolbar.dll


Delete the following Search Toolbar files:
[system32]searchtoolbar.dll
[system]searchtoolbar.dll
