Samkams Description

Samkams is a dangerous backdoor that gives the remote attacker unauthorized access to a compromised PC. It also collects computer information and sends it to a predefined web server.

Remove Samkams

Stop the following Samkams processes:
dmgrd.exe
dllcnfg.exe


Remove the following Samkams registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsNTCurrentVersionWinlogonUserinit=C:WINDOWSsystem32userinit.exe
%System%dllcnfg.exe


Delete the following Samkams files:
dmgrd.exe
dllcnfg.exe
