SafeandClean is a rogue anti-spyware programs that displays fake security messages in an attempt to trick the user into purchasing the software. SafeandClean is a variant of UnSpyPC and KillAndClean.

Remove SafeandClean

Stop the following SafeandClean processes:
safeandclean.exe
safeandcleanupdate.exe
uninstall.exe

Remove the following SafeandClean registry keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARESafeAndClean

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareSafeAndClean

Delete the following SafeandClean files:

safeandclean.lnk
uninstall.lnk

safeandcleanupdate.exe
uninstall.exe
warez.dat
wover.dat
