A Remote Administration Tool is a special kind of hacker malware, used for remote access and control of other people's PCs. The attacker infects the PC via the e-mail or File and Print Sharing. A "server" allows him to connect via a "client" on his own machine. The functions of a RAT may vary, depending on the needs of the hacker. Some RATs can't really harm your PC and the only purpose they were made for is hooliganism. But some versions can steal vital information, remove files and even crash your computer. The RAT was created by a group called 3am Laboratories. The origination date is February 2004.
Remove RA Console Beta 1
To remove all RA Console Beta 1 files, you must kill all RA Console Beta 1 processes that are running in your computer's memory. To kill RA Console Beta 1 processes, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Windows Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab, search for RA Console Beta 1, then right-click it and select "End Process" key.
You'll also need to remove RA Console Beta 1 registry keys. To remove RA Console Beta 1 registry keys, click on the Windows "Start" button and select "Run" to open Windows Registry Editor. A window will popup. Type "regedit" into the box, and click "OK". Search for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareRA Console Beta 1." Right-click it and select "Delete."
