R.A.S. 2002 1.0 Description

A Remote Administration Tool is a special kind of hacker malware, used for remote access and control of other people's PCs. The attacker infects the PC via the e-mail or File and Print Sharing. A "server" allows him to connect via a "client" on his own machine. The functions of a RAT may vary, depending on the needs of the hacker. Some RATs can't really harm your PC and the only purpose they were made for is hooliganism. But some versions can steal vital information, remove files and even crash your computer. This RAT was created by a hacker called Digital Underground in Visual Basic applicationming language. The origination date is December 2002.

Remove R.A.S. 2002 1.0


To remove all R.A.S. 2002 1.0 files, you must kill all R.A.S. 2002 1.0 processes that are running in your computer's memory. To kill R.A.S. 2002 1.0 processes, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Windows Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab, search for R.A.S. 2002 1.0, then right-click it and select "End Process" key.

You'll also need to remove R.A.S. 2002 1.0 registry keys. To remove R.A.S. 2002 1.0 registry keys, click on the Windows "Start" button and select "Run" to open Windows Registry Editor. A window will popup. Type "regedit" into the box, and click "OK". Search for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareR.A.S. 2002 1.0." Right-click it and select "Delete."

Finally, you'll need to manually delete other malware files to clean your PC of  R.A.S. 2002 1.0. These R.A.S. 2002 1.0 can be in the form of EXE, DLL, LSP, TOOLBAR, BROWSER HIJACK, and/or BROWSER PLUGIN. For example, R.A.S. 2002 1.0 might create a file like
%PROGRAM_FILES%R.A.S. 2002 1.0R.A.S. 2002 1.0.exe. Locate and remove these files.
