NBFind Plugin Description

This RAT is just a file finder plugin for a dangerous Remote Administration Tool called NetBus 2.0 Pro. A Remote Administration Tool is a special kind of hacker malware, used for remote access and control of other people's PCs. The attacker infects the PC via the e-mail or File and Print Sharing. A "server" allows him to connect via a "client" on his own machine. The author of this application is Carl-Fredrik Neikter. It was created in January 1999.

Remove NBFind Plugin

To remove all NBFind Plugin files, you must kill all NBFind Plugin processes that are running in your computer's memory. To kill NBFind Plugin processes, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Windows Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab, search for NBFind Plugin, then right-click it and select "End Process" key.

You'll also need to remove NBFind Plugin registry keys. To remove NBFind Plugin registry keys, click on the Windows "Start" button and select "Run" to open Windows Registry Editor. A window will popup. Type "regedit" into the box, and click "OK". Search for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareNBFind Plugin." Right-click it and select "Delete."

Finally, you'll need to manually delete other malware files to clean your PC of  NBFind Plugin. These NBFind Plugin can be in the form of EXE, DLL, LSP, TOOLBAR, BROWSER HIJACK, and/or BROWSER PLUGIN. For example, NBFind Plugin might create a file like
%PROGRAM_FILES%NBFind PluginNBFind Plugin.exe. Locate and remove these files.
