Remove KeyCaptor

KeyCaptor Description

KeyCaptor is a commercial keylogger that tracks user activity, logs all keystrokes, takes screenshots, captures online chat conversations, records passwords and transfers gathered data to a predetermined remote host. KeyCaptor is able to hide its running processes. The threat must be manually installed. It automatically runs on every Windows startup.

Remove KeyCaptor

Stop the following KeyCaptor processes:
keycaptor.exe
nostealth.exe

Remove the following KeyCaptor registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRunsrv32win
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstallKeyCaptor

Unregister the following KeyCaptor DLL files:
ntinvisible.dll
systemsa32.dll

Delete the following KeyCaptor files:
keycaptor.exe
nostealth.exe
ntinvisible.dll
systemsa32.dll
