DSSAgent Description

DSSAgent is a component that runs on startup of the PC. Once installed, DSSAgent slams your DNS server with continuous connections to www.brodcast.net and other domains. DSSAgent runs as a hidden process with no user interface. DSSAgent slows down the network and the PC itself.

Remove DSSAgent

Stop the following DSSAgent processes:
dssagent.exe


Remove the following DSSAgent registry keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEsoftwareroderbund softwaredss serverurl
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEsoftwareroderbund softwaredss storagelocation
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEsoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentversion un dss


Delete the following DSSAgent files:
dssagent.exe
dssregistry.ini
