CCCP Description
CCCP is a remote administration tool, written in Delphi by Polish hacker. It consists of server and client parts. Server starts automatically on every computer startup and secretly runs in background. It can be controlled by hacker via the client part. CCCP is able to steal victim’s passwords, valuable personal data or files, launch and terminate any software, control some hardware devices and send computer information to the hacker. Although the server part of CCCP initially doesn’t perform any harmful actions , it can become the cause of total computer corruption and privacy violation, so you should get rid of it immediately. Consider using advanced malware removal and antivirus software.
Remove CCCP
To remove all CCCP files, you must kill all CCCP processes that are running in your computer's memory. To kill CCCP processes, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Windows Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab, search for CCCP, then right-click it and select "End Process" key.
You'll also need to remove CCCP registry keys. To remove CCCP registry keys, click on the Windows "Start" button and select "Run" to open Windows Registry Editor. A window will popup. Type "regedit" into the box, and click "OK". Search for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareCCCP." Right-click it and select "Delete."
Finally, you'll need to manually delete other malware files to clean your PC of CCCP. These CCCP can be in the form of EXE, DLL, LSP, TOOLBAR, BROWSER HIJACK, and/or BROWSER PLUGIN. For example, CCCP might create a file like
%PROGRAM_FILES%CCCPCCCP.exe. Locate and remove these files.
