Created in December 2003. Such simple but effective malware is used by hackers for getting remote access to user's PC. The principle is quite simple: a "server" secretly installs on to your machine and the hacker connects through a "client" on his PC. This is the basic function of a RAT, but it also can have several other functions, which depend on the interests of the attacker. This particular application uses "trojan" abilities to infiltrate the computer.
Remove Backdoor.Goh.01
Stop the following Backdoor.Goh.01 processes:wincfg.exe
Delete the following Backdoor.Goh.01 files:
wincfg.exe
