Unfortunately, after the short trial period it's not freeware anymore : (

Is it safe to trust everything Regcleaner says? Can someone like me,
without great knowledge of the registry, just blindly use it?

I get nervous whenever I delete stuff from the registry, and stuff with
funny names that I know nothing about make me even more nervous.
