The above web site has taken over my browser, I have tried
resetting, I have Ad-Aware, Nortons and Spybot and none of
them detect anything wrong. I have also run Hijackthis but
I really don't know what I'm looking at. Any suggestions?

sobyrne,
Explain ... "tried resetting" .......
As those "R1" entries in HijackThis are all the default entries.

>"I have Ad-Aware, Nortons and Spybot and none of them detect anything

wrong"
That's because nothing is wrong, why do you think something is wrong?

I reset the default to "comcast.net" and when I reboot it
goes right back to the MSN website which is what I don't
want.

sobyrne,
Double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates: "hijackthis.log")

Next, go to the below location:
http://computercops.biz/forums.html

Sign in, go to the "Spyware and Hijackware Removal" section.
Press "New Topic", copy and paste hijackthis.log into your new message.

Post back with the URL where you posted if you want help with your log.
